Self-oriented and others-oriented

self-oriented and others-oriented ‣心:Heart

The purpose of Inner Heart Healing is to “regain one’s axis.

What exactly is a “self-axis”? Simply put, it means “to live honestly and truthfully with one’s feelings.

This is essentially what we were all able to do when we were born.

But as they grow up, more and more people find themselves unable to do so.

Why is that? Because there are numerous obstacles that get in the way of living honestly and truthfully with one’s feelings.

The people who are disturbed are parents, siblings, relatives, friends, teachers, acquaintances ・・・・, etc.

All such people say many things.

“I was thinking of you…”

Your idea is crazy.”

Be respectful of the world.”

I can’t do that.

The world is not so sweet.”

What do you think others would think if they saw it?”

What if I fail?”

‘Listen to me and you’ll make no mistakes, you’ll be fine.’

You’re so naive…”

and more: ・・・・・

And if you try to rebel against those who say the above, you will be subjected to various forms of denial and condemnation, such as anger, crying, losing one’s temper, and screaming.

For a child, an adult who denies or condemns his or her honest thoughts is a threat.

In addition, the more adults around them who insist that what they say is right in the environment in which they are raised, the more excessive the influence on their own axis becomes, and they become unable to express their honest thoughts and feelings and hold back.

And to protect your own mind, “What do people think of me?” and act accordingly.

Eventually, it became natural to think and act in terms of “What do people think? and it became natural for me to think about what others think. but “What do others think? It is a matter of course to think about what others think of you.
