To those who are afraid of people, (5)

To those who are afraid of people, I wrote in (4) that escaping to alcohol is not a good idea, but I also do not recommend that you get rid of it by eating.

Because eating will not resolve the heartbreak forever.

Many people may say, “Only when I’m eating can I forget everything,” but that’s only because they’re focused on eating and the feeling of fullness temporarily masks the emotional trauma.

Eating just to eat, depending on how much you eat, is also likely to make you fat, make it difficult for your body to move, and ultimately make it easier to repeat the act of eating in order not to think about it.

So I still want you to do something to heal your mind or move your body if your mind is hurting.

In the meantime, I’ll write about an easy way to do it right now.

“How to Heal the Heart.”

…Cry by watching a movie or drama that makes you cry.
If you don’t have to watch a movie or drama to cry, then cry. It is important to let out your emotions as much as possible.

Write down your current thoughts and feelings on a piece of paper or other paper.
The worst thing you can do is to accumulate feelings, so it is important to let out all the thoughts and feelings that are in your head and heart at the moment.
By spitting them out, the emotional scars will be healed and become smaller, so it would be good if you could have them repeated several times.
By the way, I think it is a good idea to tear up the paper you have written as hard as you can.

Praise and affirm yourself.
It does not matter if it is a lie or not, just praise yourself.
It will be more effective if you do it while looking in the mirror.

“How to Move Your Body.”

Cooking
Cleaning
Doing laundry
Stretching and strength training
Play physical games
Throw away things you don’t need
Take a walk in the light of day.

Do not force yourself to meet with people when you are afraid of them.

Because the mind is exhausted, it tends to be extraordinarily afraid of people.

So it becomes important to focus on recovering one’s own mind and body on one’s own.
